What You’ll Do

Passionate about mobile software enginrering and program management.
You have at least 4 years of experience working as a Software Engineer.
Ability to work on multiple, simultaneous projects of all sizes and complexity.
Experience with user-centred design methodologies and integrating research in to agile workflows.
Experience in planning and conducting a range of research methods including icontextual enquiry, in-depth interviews, diary studies, remote usability testing, creating/facilitating workshops, and others as required.

A heart for children and belief in their capability to learn and lead.
Experience with mixed-age groups, coaching, or project-based learning (a plus).
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and a calm, growth-oriented demeanor.
Experience with user-centred design methodologies and integrating research in to agile workflows.
